  10. I have understood how work the commands DoCopSplit and ReDoCopSplit in Blitz2.
  11. I cannot say the same for the parameter NumCustoms of the command InitCopList.
  12. However the program do its job; it fades from black to skylight and viceversa.
  13. The main usage of the program is to avoid use of your Amiga by unauthorized
  14. people, locking your Amiga with an access password.
  15. The best place for it is in your S: drawer; type S:AlbaEng in the last line of
  16. your User-Startup to execute the program on every boot.
  17. The first time it is launched it asks the password (8 chars maximum length) and
  18. saves it in your S: drawer in the file named Password; the next time you boot
  19. your Amiga, it stops the execution of the User-Startup until you type the
  20. password you have previously saved.
  21. Don't worry if you forget the password; you can exclude the program activating
  22. the CapsLock (the key with the light) and then pressing the Help key when the
  23. password is asked.
  24. For a strange reason the program don't works launched from workbench; Il works
  25. only launched from shell; I think this is not a problem seen that it must be
  26. used in a script.

  28. DON'T MODIFY YOUR USER-STARTUP BEFORE YOU ARE SURE THAT THE PROGRAM RUNS
  29. CORRECTLY ON YOUR AMIGA; TO TEST THE PROGRAM BEFORE RUN IT FROM SHELL!

  31. This program was written in Blitz2 on an Amiga 1200 but it should run on any
  32. Amiga; e-mail me if don't run of if there are problems of any kind.

  40. Ho capito come funzionano i comandi DoCopSplit e ReDoCopSplit in Blitz2.
  41. Non posso dire lo stesso per il parametro NumCustoms del comando InitCopList.
  42. Comunque il programma fa il suo lavoro: fa la dissolvenza dal nero alla luce del
  43. cielo e viceversa.
  44. Lo scopo principale del programma è quello di impedire l'uso del vostro Amiga a
  45. persone non autorizzate, bloccando il vostro Amiga con una parola d'accesso.
  46. Il miglior posto per questo programma è nel vostro cassetto S:; digitate S:Alba
  47. nell'ultima linea della vostra User-Startup per eseguire il programma ad ogni
  48. boot.
  49. La prima volta che viene lanciato il programma chiede la parola chiave (8
  50. caratteri massimo) e la salva nel file ParolaChiave; nei boot successivi blocca
  51. l'esecuzione della User-Startup finché non digitate la parola chiave
  52. precedentemente salvata.
  53. Non preoccupatevi se vi dimenticate la password; potete escludere il programma
  54. attivando il CapsLock (il tasto con la lucina) e premendo successivamente il
  55. tasto Help quando vi viene chiesta la parola chiave.
  56. Per qualche strana ragione il programma non funziona lanciato dal workbench;
  57. funziona solo lanciato dalla shell; non credo che questo sia un problema visto
  58. che deve essere usato in uno script.

  60. NON MODIFICATE LA USER-STARTUP PRIMA DI ESSERE SICURI CHE IL PROGRAMMA GIRI
  61. CORRETTAMENTE; PER PROVARLO PRIMA LANCIATELO DALLA SHELL!

  63. Questo programma è stato scritto in Blitz2 su un Amiga 1200 ma dovrebbe
  64. funzionare su qualsiasi Amiga; contattatemi per posta elettronica se così non
  65. fosse o per problemi di qualsiasi genere.
